Once we receive your request, our Scheduling team will reach out to coordinate a time and date for you. Please know that we monitor these requests and respond during our normal operating hours. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please reach out to the office directly. If you require immediate attention, please contact our practice directly by calling 402-489-8848. If you are having a dental emergency, need to reach the Dentist and are a patient of record- you can call 402-489-8848 and following the prompts for the Dr. on call.
